Deep Pencil - the musings of Morgan Bell

If a tree falls in the woods and nobody is there to hear it did it really make a sound? If i post a blog and nobody reads it was there really any point? You have entered the random thinking space of Morgan Bell . . . These are my musings . . . things about my life written off the top of my head . . . written in an informal disjointed style almost completely devoid of punctuation, this is where i flesh out writing ideas, discuss my life, and generally be self indulgent . . . it is also the bargain bin for articles which do not fit in with the film or arts themes of my other blogs . . . so have a wander around my mind, have a laugh, have a think, be nice, and humour me!

any more eccentric and she would need a beret

ive said it before and ill say it again: i think iota deville is a secret agent

a guerilla . . . or a kamikaze . . . or some kind of a spy

i dont even know where she is most of the time, i look around certain that i cant see her anywhere and then i turn around and shes been behind me the whole time . . . or she sneakily appears at the glass door or window and stares at me without me realising . . . she is a psycho single white female . . . she is stealthy and silent and deadly . . . and she watches everything!

i open a door: shes there

i walk around the garden calling her: she stalks me from behind

she is a creepy little unit!

a sneaky little dude!

she has to be up to no good . . . plotting something diabolical!

she runs everywhere, she has to have a run-up to leap inside clearing both of the doormats and then does a military trot up the hallway to the food bowl . . . then she disappears into the shadows reappearing when you least expect it!

iota deville...ahh yes.. the undercover agent for Project Bogan-Begone!

Be VERY WARY.. at night, once they receive the "GO!", they sneek into your bedroom, with a large fur ball ready in paw, and shove it down yer gullet cutting off your air supply! They then emit a long hideous cackle, and run off towards their next vicitm.

Be afraid.. be VEWWWY afraid!!

cough cough...

Oh Morgan, she is utterly stunning! And what a fantastically beautiful name, I thought 'Xiara' was inspired.....(She was supposed to be 'Ophelia's Lily' but no one liked it...)

Im guessing she's less than 5 years old? Once they turn five, its much much more sleeping. I think they must get promoted from black ops to a desk job doing recon report or something.

hi Kleo,
she is named after the australian folk singer/ thespian iOTA and my dad calls her "the eye" or "spud" . . . actually when we first moved here dad must have been inspired by toyota and said "oh what a feeling iota" hahaha
and yes she is only 2 now but i can just image her doing that recon report in her old age! lol
thanks for the great comment!
